1. Applicability

This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of Wizfair Travels's website, customer support channels, and other platforms through which Wizfair Travels provides flight booking and related travel services ("Services").

"User", "you", or "your" refers to any person accessing or using Wizfair Travels Services. "We", "us", or "our" refers to Wizfair Travels and its authorised representatives.

By accessing Wizfair Travels, creating an account, making a booking, or using our Services, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this Agreement and applicable booking policies. 

2. Eligibility to Use Wizfair Travels

You must be legally eligible to use Wizfair Travels Services under applicable laws.

Users below 18 years of age may use Wizfair Travels only through a parent, legal guardian, or authorised adult who accepts responsibility for such transactions.

You confirm that all information provided by you is accurate, complete, and up to date.

3. Use of Website and Services

Wizfair Travels is a technology platform that enables users to search, compare, and book flight tickets and related travel services offered by airlines and other service providers. 

You must not: 

• Use Wizfair Travels for fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorised activities
• Provide incorrect or misleading information
• Attempt to damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to Wizfair Travels systems
• Copy, modify, distribute, or commercially use Wizfair Travels content without permission

Wizfair Travels reserves the right to restrict or terminate access where misuse of Services is identified.

4. Flight Bookings and Service Providers

Wizfair Travels does not operate flights or control airline operations, schedules, aircraft availability, baggage policies, or service standards.

The actual contract for transportation is between the passenger and the respective airline.

Flight availability, fares, schedules, cancellations, refunds, and other service conditions are governed by airline rules and applicable policies.

Wizfair Travels may assist users with booking-related support but does not control airline decisions or service delivery. 

5. User Responsibilities and Booking Accuracy

Users are responsible for reviewing and confirming booking details before payment, including:

• Passenger names and details
• Travel dates and routes
• Flight timings
• Fare rules
• Cancellation and refund conditions
• Baggage allowance and restrictions

Users must provide accurate passenger, contact, and travel information.

Incorrect information may result in additional charges, booking changes, or denial of travel by the airline.

Users are responsible for complying with applicable laws, airline rules, and travel requirements.

6. Travel Documents and International Travel Requirements

Passengers are responsible for carrying valid travel documents required for travel, including, but not limited to:

• Government-issued identification
• Passport
• Visa
• Transit visa
• Entry permits
• Health certificates or other destination-specific documents

For international travel, passengers must independently verify entry and transit requirements.

Wizfair Travels does not guarantee visa approval and shall not be responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, or losses arising from incomplete or invalid documents.

7. Payments, Fees, and Refunds

The total booking amount may include:

• Airline fare
• Government taxes
• Airport charges
• Convenience fees
• Service charges
• Other applicable fees

Applicable charges will be displayed before completion of booking.

A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and issuance of a valid booking confirmation and/or ticket.

Refunds for cancelled or unsuccessful bookings are processed according to applicable airline and service provider policies. Processing timelines may vary depending on airlines, payment gateways, banks, and other parties involved.

Certain charges, including convenience fees or service charges, may be non-refundable as per applicable policies.

8. Booking Changes and Cancellations

Changes, cancellations, and amendments to confirmed bookings are subject to airline fare rules, availability, and applicable policies.

Applicable airline penalties, fare differences, and service charges may apply.

Wizfair Travels does not guarantee approval of requested booking changes or cancellations by airlines.

9. Payment Security and Fraud Prevention

For security purposes, Wizfair Travels will never ask users to share:

• OTPs
• CVV numbers
• Card passwords
• UPI PINs
• Net banking credentials

Wizfair Travels will never request payments to personal bank accounts.

Users should remain cautious of fake calls, emails, messages, or websites impersonating Wizfair Travels.

Wizfair Travels shall not be responsible for losses caused by users sharing confidential information or making payments to unauthorised individuals.

10. Data Protection and Privacy

Wizfair Travels collects and processes user information to provide, improve, and secure its Services.

User information may be shared with airlines, payment providers, technology partners, government authorities, or authorised third parties where required for:

• Completing bookings;
• Processing payments;
• Providing customer support;
• Meeting legal requirements;
• Preventing fraud.

11. Intellectual Property

All content available on Wizfair Travels, including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, software, designs, and other materials, belongs to Wizfair Travels or respective owners.

Unauthorised copying, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

12. Account Suspension and Service Restrictions

Wizfair Travels reserves the right to restrict, cancel, or suspend bookings or access to Services where:

• Incorrect or misleading information is provided
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
• Payments are incomplete
• Users violate applicable laws or this Agreement 

13. User Communications

By using Wizfair Travels Services, users consent to receive service-related communications through email, SMS, phone calls, WhatsApp, or other provided channels.

These communications may include booking confirmations, payment updates, travel notifications, schedule changes, and refund information.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from use of Wizfair Travels Services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.

15. Changes to This Agreement

Wizfair Travels may update this Agreement from time to time due to changes in services, legal requirements, or business practices.

Updated terms will become effective once published on the Website.
