Convenience, Voluntary Change, and Cancellation Charges
Domestic Flight Fee Policy
Policy Summary
This policy applies to all domestic flight bookings within India made through Wizfair Travels. All applicable charges will be disclosed before payment or before any requested post-ticketing service is processed.
1. Domestic Booking Convenience Fee
The convenience fee is calculated at 2.5% of the total booking value. It covers access to the booking platform, booking support and payment-processing infrastructure. The applicable cabin-based minimum and maximum limits below apply per passenger.

2. Voluntary Change and Cancellation Fees
The following Wizfair Travels service fees apply per passenger, per ticket. Airline penalties, fare differences and no-show charges are additional and are determined by the airline's fare rules.

Common Conditions and Disclosures Applicable to Domestic and International Flight Fee Policies
- Basic Economy and promotional fares may be non-changeable and non-refundable. Airline fare rules always apply.
- Fees are charged per passenger, per ticket, not per connecting flight segment.
- For partially used tickets, the airline determines the remaining or refundable value.
- A no-show may result in an additional airline penalty or complete loss of ticket value.
- The original booking convenience fee is non-refundable after successful ticket issuance, except where required by applicable law or where the booking fails due to an error attributable to Wizfair Travels.
- Wizfair Travels will not charge its voluntary change or cancellation fee when an airline cancels a flight or makes a qualifying significant schedule change and provides an authorized refund or alternative.
- The convenience fee will not be charged again solely to collect an airline penalty or fare difference.
- All applicable fees and material conditions will be displayed to and accepted by the customer before payment or service processing.
Customer Acknowledgement
By completing a booking or authorizing a voluntary change or cancellation, the customer acknowledges the applicable airline fare rules, Wizfair Travels service fees, and taxes displayed before payment.

These domestic and international flight fee policies cover Wizfair Travels service charges only. Airline-imposed charges, government taxes, exchange-rate differences, supplier conditions, and applicable fare rules may apply separately. The final payable amount will be confirmed before processing. This policy is subject to applicable laws and regulations and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
